Let’s get together for some hamburgers on the grill, homemade ice cream, s’mores and real estate conversation around the campfire!  Our 3rd Ever R/E Investors Camping Trip is June 27th – July 2nd, 2021.  What’s the old saying:  ‘Come when you can, leave when you must’.  So if you want to book earlier or stay later (we highly recommend!!), it’s entirely up to you.  You book your own reservations.

Our 2021 camping trip will be in Rapid City, South Dakota.  Lots to do and see there!  Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Monument, Black Hills, Dakota Badlands, Deadwood…….you could stay out here for a month and not see it all!  Bring the kids and the dogs – Two playgrounds for the kids and a Kamp K9 for the fur babies!

We have reserved an entire section for our wonderful real estate community.  Jump on KOA’s website: https://koa.com/campgrounds/rapid-city/map/ and take a look at the map.  Inside the campground, we are on Ponderosa, Maple & Hawthorn Streets (the brown shaded area).  Bill and Kim are on site #127.  Derek and Tracy are on site #128. We have 16 RV sites, 5 cabins & 5 tent sites reserved for our group.  When you call the office – 605 348-2111 (speak with Carla), and let her know you are with the group:  RV REIA – Kim Cook.  If our reserved RV sites (#120 thru #135) are booked, then anywhere else on the grounds would be good.  However, we must mention that sites #22 thru #41 tend to be busy with campground traffic and muddy when it rains. Just FYI.  Prices differ depending on type of site.
