Our 5th Ever REIA Adventures Camping Trip is June 11th – 18th, 2023. What’s the old saying: ‘Come when you can, leave when you must’. So if you want to book earlier or stay later (we highly recommend!!), it’s entirely up to you. You book your own reservations.

***This is a FREE event! A Mastermind around the campfire with other like-minded, successful real estate investors! Book your own reservations. You are responsible for your travel, stay, food, entertainment expenses. We provide the s’mores, firewood, and lots of real estate conversation, guitars, singing and campfire time with successful real estate investors!

Our 2023 camping trip will be in Wild Rose, Wisconsin on the sandy shores of Kusel Lake. Not much to do in the little Village of Wild Rose, but that’s what makes it so special! Bring your lounge chairs, a great book, your bathing suit and fishing poles. We’re all about the water again this year! Evergreen Campsites & Resort has kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and pontoon boats for rent!

Your kids are going to love this place! The resort boasts three heated pools, water slide and a 3000 sq ft splash pad. The adults have their own heated pool with a swim up bar. Now that’s what I’m talking about! Grab your beach towel and spend your days lounging at the Sports Beach or rent the watercraft of your choice and float Lake Kusel. Lots of jumpy things at the Sports Beach – I see another King of the Hill battle in our future! A miniature golf course, five playgrounds, and a fishing pond will keep our youngsters busy. And, you can also enjoy a free bag of popcorn while touring the campground on Chippy’s Express Train. So much to do at this beautiful campground, but the best thing is spending time with other real estate friends!

It’s been nice to watch the friendships blossom between the kids at RV REIA each year. We spend a lot of time encouraging, supporting, and playing with our young adults. After all, they will inherit everything we’ve taught them ~ the good and the bad. As investors, we speak a different language, and we want to pass that language on to our kids. And at the RV REIA Events, your kids get to hang with other kids whose parents are different than most. So let’s throw them in the water and watch them swim….or encourage them if they start to sink.

Don’t have an RV? Don’t worry! We also have Premium Cabins and tent sites reserved at Evergreen Campsites & Resort. And yes, the Premium Cabins have kitchenettes with microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, sofa, table and a bathroom! So no excuse not to come! RV REIA is very laid back. There is very little structure, other than group sightseeing. But the conversations between fellow campers, the laughter, and the life-long friendships and partnerships that are born from this event every year are simply incredible.
