When creatively structuring a real estate offer, rarely will a single deal-structuring tool used by itself be enough to get the deal to work.
In the REAL WORLD of deal making, often we use 3, 4, 5, and even 6 deal structuring tools to make a single deal work. We call this Structure Stacking.
In this video, to make an offer acceptable to the seller, nine – that’s NINE – different creative tools were used to make this single transaction agreeable to both the investor and seller.
